(More customer reviews)All vocopro Products that I have owned have been returned almost immediately because they don't work at all! I got a Vocopro as a gift for my birthday and it didn't work at all (it was the only name brand carried at the local retailer at the time). I had to return 4 of them and finally the retailer has stopped carrying it. Good Riddance! I'm going to take back the latest one and just get my money back.... The manager of the place said that these get returned at a very hight percentage! A guy was on the phone upset because his didn't work while I was processing the return/exchange. I'm going to order one on the amazon website that gets decent reviews.
