Schecter Riot Deluxe-4 Bass - Dark Metallic Blue Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I don't think I've ever purchased a bass that was perfectly tuned and set up right out of the box. Amazing! The workmanship is excellent with no noticeable flaws. Intonation is perfect. Fret, string, and bridge height is perfect. I can honestly say I would change nothing with the set up. the neck is thin and fast, though the headstock bumps my hands on "F" notes on the 1st string. (Probably my bad technique more than a bass flaw). The active electronics produce a range from punchy funk to mellow ballads. When pushed, she puts out a mild distorted sound with everything on "11". Great color. Great bass. Great price. If you are on the fence, buy this bass. If your experience was anything like mine, you won't be sorry.

Suzuki QC1 QChord Digital Song Card Guitar with A/C adapter (QCA) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Think of the Q-Chord as a digital autoharp that never goes out of tune, plays 84 chords instead of 21, includes a built drum machine and has a midi output pickup, and you will be pretty close to the mark.
I tried a Q-Chord at a local music store as a possible songwriting tool for some musicals I have just about finished. I didn't buy on the spot, mostly because there are just to many darned buttons to figure out! As usual in America today, the sales clerk had no idea how to make the Q-Chord rock.
Impressed by the hype, but baffled by the machine, I found the owner's manual online. That's were I learned it really WILL play major, minor and seventh chords each with the touch of one button. By combining two buttons, you can also play major 7th and minor 7th chords, plus augmented and diminished chords in all 12 keys. With 10 different rhythms (20 more available at extra cost) and a choice of accompanyment modes (chord mode; chords, bass and drums; or bass and drums only) and much more, I should be able to finish my musicals fairly quickly.
Before making up your mind about this fun musical tool/toy, read the owner's manual by going to qchord.net/docs/qchord-manual.htm.

Schecter Omen-4 4-String Electric Bass Guitar Walnut Satin Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The Schecter Omen-4 4-String Bass Guitar has active electronics, 6-bolt neck attachment, solid basswood body, deluxe tuners, and Diamond bass pickups. 2 volume and 2-band EQ, maple neck with rosewood fretboard and jumbo frets. This is an absolutely killer bass for the price. I prefer the walnut satin color over the gloss black, for there are no fingerprint stains made on the body as compared to the gloss black which would be chock' full of them after a day's worth of use. Perfect for beginner, intermediate level, and professional bass players alike, also a killer price!!! [...]
