(More customer reviews)I bought this uke about a year ago and registered it on line at their site that I find out it is not really theirs but contracted out. well ok but i have a crack developeing in the bridge, well we need the reciept-- but its registered with you--- well not really. But i will send you a return auth that you get to pay for--- send you a repair estimate that you can pay and then return it to you at your expence ----no thanks id sooner put in in the garbage and get a reliable instrument. only noticed the crack because it developed a buzz on the 1st string second fret. the uke has never been out of my room and they wanted to know if I kept it in a safe dry place besides ,I keep in the case schmidt provided , do you use desicant ,are you kidding me!
Well the Uke is at the factory and they are covering the repairs and doing a full set up on it. They were great once we got everything in line. I hope it comes out well as I was really in love with this uke it is beautiful and played like butter so I'll put this back up to a five if the repair goes as promised!
Well I've had the uke back for some time, they replaced it and did a great set up on the new uke. It is my favorite uke currently and I would not trade it. Play's like butter again nice low tone very bluey for a uke. hope this helps others.
