(More customer reviews)For Windows 7 and Windows 64-bit users of any type, I've purchased several pieces of Mackie Onyx gear for a Windows 64 bit environment, and found Mackie's driver support to be non-existent. Check around user boards before you buy any of this Mackie stuff. Everyone is very unhappy. Mackie has no response whatsoever, and is ignoring repeated requests for 64-bit Windows driver support. This goes for Firewire as well as USB interfaces
