(More customer reviews)Over the past several decades I have owned lots of basses, including some very expensive ones (Sadowsky PJ5 and Lakland 55/94 fretless). None were set up or executed any better than this Squier CV Jazz.
I always do my own setups, so as soon as I received this one I went through it... everything was already set as I like it except the string height, which took only a slight adjustment to get to my preferred setting.
This is really a superb value. Get past the name on the headstock and try one, you'll buy it.
