I was sold on Cordoba's Fusion guitars when I read about it having nylon strings on the body of a steel string guitar. While I love the softer tones of the nylon strings, I couldn't bear to part with the way a steel string guitar feels. I learned on a classical guitar and I have wanted to return to it for a while now so this seemed like it would be my chance.
The specs on this product page are true (I checked) and I believe the size measurements are the same for all the Fusions (expect maybe for the ones with 12 frets instead of 14). I spent a lot of time researching the different models before I chose to go with the "Rose". This is my second guitar and I wanted something distinguishable from my other steel-string. I checked out the photography on the Cordoba website and a couple other online stores, and decided that the "Rose" was the one for me. The pictures on Amazon don't give it any justice. I got it shipped to my house a couple months ago and I am still getting comments on how unique and interesting the all-Indian Rosewood design is.
One last thing to note - I've been told that I'm over critical about a guitar's sound when plugged in, but the electronics that come with this guitar aren't bad and I don't have too many complaints so far. For those of you who are interested in the tech specs, it's a Bband T35 pickup that is included. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to any one.
